To order your favorite article,

desired article then select your size and quantity and Add to Cart the article .

How Should I Choose My Size?
Sajni.pk has provided a size
chart for our customers, through this chart you can customized your order.
Are the colours of the products displayed on the website accurate or not?
The colors of shown products on
website can be slightly changed than the actual product.
What Payment methods does SAJNI accept?
For Now SAJNI.PK is only offering
the Cash on Delivery Service on all our orders nationwide.
Is my Personal info kept private?
Yes, Sajni ensures the privacy of
our customers’ private information and we don’t sell our customers personal
details to the third party. We have contracts with our partners to make sure
the privacy of our customer’s personal data.
What are your Shipping Charges?
Sajni is providing shipping all
over the Pakistan in just 200 PKR delivery Charges.
How do I get sale or promotional messages from Sajni?
Sajni. Pk will send our customers
promotional messages to the register customers only.
How can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, Sajni.pk is not
providing exchange services because of different brands policy until unless the
product is defected.
What should I do if I received the incorrect product or defective goods?
You can register your complaint
on 0309 2222731 or send
us the images of defected articles on @info@sajni.pk within 24 hours. Our
customer care team will be help you out accordingly.
How can I search a product on the website?
All the products have their Codes
and also Sajni.pk provides the separate category on the website for all the
designers. So, you can enter the code in the search bar and find the related
product.
How will I know if Sajni has received my order?
Team SAJNI will call for
confirmation of the order to you. And also you get tracking order no. and other
details via Email as well.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Sajni.pk delivers all the orders
within 10 to 15 days. It all depends on the designers how much they take time
to make the dress.
How should I proceed if my delivery was missed?
In case of missing the delivery
of your order, the courier company hold your order for 72 hours and contact you
again.
After an order has been made, can I change the delivery or billing address?
Yes, you can make changings in
your order within the 24 hours of the order been processed and after that you
cannot make any change.
