Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy For Sajni.pk

The exchange will only be accepted if the item is defective.

Any charges incurred in exchanging an item will be borne by the customer.

Made-to-order and bespoke items of clothing, unstitched fabric as well as accessories, do not qualify for exchange or cancellations.

We make sure that our customers have a hustle free shopping experience with us. We also have easy exchange and return policies. You can return any purchases done from our website within 30 days of purchases.

We will not accept products outside of the time frame which is 48 hours after you receive your order and will not accept exchanges for Products that have been worn or where the tag has been removed.

Dresses can only be exchanged/altered if they have size issues or are not according to the measurements provided to us by you.

Customized garments are not exchanged. If you wish to have an exchange or report a faulty item you may contact us at our customer care.


Steps to be taken in Exchange Policy:

To return a Product, you shall contact our customer care via email at customercare@sajni.pk within 2 days from the delivery of the order with the image of the defect along with the order number, the relevant product name, and the reason for the exchange, clearly stating “Exchange” in the subject line.

You will then be informed of all the appropriate steps and information by our Customer Care on how to exchange your desired Product.

Please note that the exchanged product/item should reach us within 5 days of the date of our response.

Once a product is accepted by our Customer Care and Supplier for exchange, we will provide a replacement as soon as possible.
